  My first time in this branch. We were greeted with a great big smile and welcome from Carla. This certainly made us feel reassured that she could indeed help us. And certainly she did. Everything was resolved in no time! She knew exactly what to do and who to contact. An absolute blessing. Find this branch. Carla is AMAZING ! 👍👍

  Half the tellers are unfriendly, should say hello and goodbye. Friendliness goes a long way. Also the security guard made very uncomfortable. Standing in line waiting and I can see his reflection and on the monitor watching me the entire time. By far the most unwelcoming branch in PSL.

  This bank is understaffed; I actually don’t think there is a sense of urgency here, so unless the lobby is damn near empty, you might want to move on if you have other things to do.

  I love this place . Staff is amazing .they treat me like family .. Frank always greets me with a smile and cordially despite his daily pressures as a manager .Belinda is awesome ,Carla and the rest .. Keep up the good work

  Suppose to be America's most convenient bank what a lie. It is America's most inconvenient bank.Everytime you call customer service your on hold for 20 minutes plus.Dont matter what time of day it is.Understaffed tight wads but they can spend money on all these new fancy locations that there building all over the place but cant hire more staff.
