  Fabio and NJ Lenders managed expectations 100%. The back office - processors / underwriters were equally efficient as well as the firm portal. They made it easy to provide documentation and communicate. Everything went very smooth. I've been in the Banking / Broker Dealer business for over 25 years. I do not give out 5 star ratings very easily or post reviews. They are 5 stars champs. Bravo and brava!!

  Fabio is a fantastic loan agent. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and about the closing, mortgage, financing, and re-financing processes. He is always reachable by email or text with any questions. He also reached out to us proactively to pursue refinancing when interest rates fell significantly, without our prompting. He is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and energetic. The other agents in his office are also very helpful and timely.
