  The customer service has been terrible lately, tellers spend most of their time talking to each other while everyone waits I their cars online for them to be ready when their done with their conversation. A simple transaction took 40 minutes.

  This is the only place I am ever going to get a loan from! Aaron is the man. He is always on top of his work and our mortgage. He did a wonderful job getting our loan and getting it done. He helped us get it all done is a swift manner. He is always nice and helpful, and is very knowledgeable in his line of work.

  The staff are so nice and courteous. They always greet me with a smile and hello. I use the drive-thru window all of the time. I recommend this bank to everyone.

  This branch office has very poor customer service skills. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there is no manager at this branch. When I asked for their corporate office phone number, I was given the customer service line and when I asked again for the corporate office number Ms. Laura hung up on me.
