Angie R1Can't say I've received great customer service from this location. It's always a long wait time and most of the time I'm told I either have to call the 800 number or come back again another day. But I really want to note how horribly the branch is kept. This was such a nice new branch when it first opened. Now it's just old and dingy and it hasn't even been that long. I expected the branch to do a little more to keep up the place. The chairs are peeling and disgusting. The AC is broken so you can't hear anything when an associate is talking to you, they have a very large fan blowing in there trying to make up for no AC. The place smells of mildew when you walk in. And they often close the inside branch for "staffing" during regular hours. Not very helpful to the clients when we HAVE to go inside to get our stuff done per TD Bank's policy.

Michael Chuang1This bank, and especially this branch, can now safely be qualified as the worst bank in America. I do alot of business at banks both for business as well as personal and never have I dealt with an organization that has so little desire to get things done. Their technology is terrible, and their customer service is non existent. With the 4 different banks I use its the bank I use the least. Only reason I still have an account is because as a business owner I need things notarized from time to time and it's convenient when I can get that done at my bank. Well we can now kiss that goodbye as I was told by their rep today with a straight face they can only notarize certain things and not everything. I immediately walked out and went across the street to the ups store and got it done in 2 min. Bottom line if you want good banking experience with a large bank go with JP Morgan Chase. Otherwise to get that personal touch go with your local credit union. Don't go to these guys.

Qasim Patel1Worst bank in the history of banks.....They have Security Breach in their systems that someone internally can use their number and scam the customers out of money and blame the customers for the fraud After that when you go and change the account they do not add savings overdraft protection. When there is an overdraft and you go to the branch you have to wait for the branch manager to call you to give the credits back. They don't even come in front of you. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. No wonder they have under 3 stars rating on Google. Also they do not answer the phone calls and will never reply to the voicemail.

Shannon Stanfield5I've never had a bad experience with TD, whether in person or over the phone. Any concerns or questions that I have are addressed quickly and without hesitation. They are the best in my opinion. The fees are reasonable, better than any other bank I looked into before opening my account. As someone with very little money, I appreciate that they treat me with the same respect and courtesy as someone who has large accounts.

Conrado Collazos1Do your self a favor and get away from here as far as you can. They are a bunch of two faced people who don't care about their customers. Especially the Branch Manager and Assistant Store Manager. They are just out there to make money for themselves and don't want to help people with their issues. I will be taking my business somewhere else and refer my friends somewhere else. Your doing yourself a favor by not banking at this place. Trust me, from experience I had with this bank and this branch is definitely not worth it.
