Nicholas Luciano1Nothing about this bank is convenient. Every process is made to be as difficult as humanly possible and when pressed on why, their answer is “Oh for security”. When you ask them how is X process making anything more secure no one can tell you why. I can’t even change my nonprofit’s name or address. This bank is a complete joke….please avoid doing business with them.

V T1Applied for a loan in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. We got pre-approval as fortunately we had good credit score from credit score monopolies. For strange reasons loan was transferred to Lexington, South Carolina and things started going downhill. 1 All the representatives have their voice mail box full so you cannot record your message. Also they will always call from private number so if you miss the call then there is no way to call back. 2 In all the representative emails, there is signature with "If at any time you are not receiving legendary service, please feel free to contact my manager". Reality is that even if you call manager or manager's manager there is no response. 3 The loan processor was changed in a few days. But the business process problem is that they did not inform the same to the loan applier, we kept emailing processor 1 instead of processor 2 resulting in another 10 days delay. 4 My suggestion to TD Bank is that if you do not have adequate capacity, then you can inform the people applying for loan the same, there are other banks who can provide the loan. 5 There are a huge number of mistakes on the TD Bank portal. It showed that I am part time employed instead of full time. Also it shows the same employer for myself and my spouse which is also incorrect. In spite of several months of complaints the information was not updated, and then we get call from the private number that we can sign off the application regardless and they can correct it later on which is absolutely the wrong business practice. I am regretting why I did not go ahead with PNC Bank. Now planning to submit a complaint with Consumer Financial protection bureau (under section applying for a mortgage)

Kevin Mahoney Sr1They have completely lost focus on the customer. Non-competitive loans to other institutions. Plus, a company issued check that is deposited does not clear, and TD Bank charges a fee to the customer. Such a scam.

Vince “Buba” Liguori1Thieves, Crooks, I complained to the OCC or Office of the Comptroller of Currency. I am not a client of TD Bank and they reverse charged me for sending money to one of TD's business customers. This is not legal and is as "Crooked as it gets!"

steven goldfrad1Customer service is getting worse and worse. I was on the phone with Jennifer who stated she was a supervisor and after six minutes of answering questions to verify who I was, she still wanted to ask more. Jennifer at 6:06pm on 9-12-19 should never be put on a phone with a customer, very very poor.
