      Pleasant helpful people, nice place. The bank machine at this Post Road location seems to not work properly. It frequently rejects the last 2 cards I have had-their Debit Card! I can use their Debit Card anywhere in the country, but, my home Credit Union location just often does not work. They have a problem with their machine. They replaced my Debit Card again, which now only takes about 5 minutes-they for it in house. Hopefully, the new Card will perform better!

      I lost my HSA card and called to have it deactivated and get a new card. The girl I spoke to was so nice and helpful! She put me at ease and made the situation easy! Thank you!!

      If only you could give no stars or negative stars! Please save yourself a headache. Do not deal with the stupidity of such an establishment. Since the opening of the bank account up until today, there's been nothing but issue after issue. Ranging from the proper paper work not being turned in to them just not getting anything right or done correctly. I've never had so many problems with a bank. I have no idea how they are in business when I'm sure they can't manage to tie their shoes correctly! If I were you, take heed and bank else where!

I will say that we have a fairly large Member Services Team at (800) 552-4745 that keeps extended hours (7 am to 7 pm weekdays & 8 am to 1 pm Saturdays).       Had a great banking experience today. An issue arose with a check I tried to deposit. LISA handled the situation quickly and professionally, and after proper check verification, had the check deposited in full!! Thank you LISA with T.C.U. Post Road!!
