      I have been a customer for 2 years, when I moved to savage location from the beginning it was the worst experience ever they were so annualabout everything a couple of days ago I was trying to deposit my sisters check from the same job we work at and they made such a big deal because they said they need our mom at the branch to deposit the check when we're both 18. The next day they said they can't do it because she didn't have an account prior to that she didn't have to have an account so I don't know how many un experienced people work their or who to ask or anything. Somalian manager at the cub foods location was very prajides and unprofessional and very rude, acting like she owns the bank, she really needs to be replaced, the worst b ever

      I have never had a real bad day experience with TCF. But today I went to TCF and savage at cub foods to deposit some money and I gave John my money he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t count my money I had to and he couldn’t write down the amount of them on my deposit slip. It’s your job as a teller you take the customers money you Count it, you verify it and you write it right on deposit slip and you process it. This is the type of person that should not represent your company. He was rude an extremely u professional. I’ll revert back to my favorite branch where they go above an beyond every time. In lakeville.

      This place is fine but I dont like that they charge for paper statements.
