  You need Mike in this competitive housing market. We truly appreciate Mike for being transparent about numbers to us because that kept us grounded in our budget and stayed within reality. Every house that we "liked" or wanted to see if we can afford it first, Mike provided numbers for us to see. I've heard of many people who gets pre-approve for a mortgage loan and doesn't hear back from their loan officer again. NOT MIKE! He is with you EVER STEP OF THE WAY! He is available, transparent, honest, and truly wants the best for you. He is not here to make you buy the most expensive house, He wants to help you make your dream come true. I truly and wholeheartedly recommend Mike to everyone who is searching for a house to call home.

  Michael was able to get this FHA loan in 4 weeks. To be honest with you, I did not believe him, so I had told my seller's to expect this closing in 6 weeks. However, Michael delivered this loan in 4 weeks. I've been 20 years in real estate and this is the first time I've witnessed this. Loan officers like him are hard to find.
