  Fantastic bank! I went in to deposit several checks and they told me I had won a free all inclusive vacation! Almost immediately I was whisked away to depart on my 48 month vacation. Now that I'm home from prison I really have to thank TCF Bank for making sure black men receive only the best banking experience. We can't wait to see what new heights the manager can bring this branch to.

  I can't believe the story I just read on my feed , this man wanted to keep his money safe and chose this bank and they treated him like that. Why would you call the police? Why not just verify the check ? That manager should be fired . If anyone wants to bank here read the news story first. It's just sad in 2020 people are still treated this way .

  All the employees are wonderful. They make it a point to know your name. They do offer "totally free checking" still. With a great low daily balance rate, that's easily affordable. The only place I will go for financial advice and to do my banking.

  I caught a fraud transaction to my account through Electronic Check or ACH. These bunch of geniuses closed my debit card!!! I can't even explain what level of education their hiring people with but that's very dumb. Wasted my gas, time, and 6 days of hope for my money back.

  What they don't tell you with a Debit if you make transactions to sellers out of U.S and not spend, spend, spend but pay small amounts like for plant garden seeds, or bath stuff the fraud protection deliberately is set up to refuse small payment orders unless alot of money or bulk is spent to make TCF quota. Then your told by TCF to try different resets and solutions that make the issue worse and after retrying the small transaction 'god forbid because its not a big one and ha nothing to do with online sigjt but TCF manipulation your card thats got the money to pay freezes thanks to them and all they do is apologize. They are no better than he big banks that prey on low class none rich card holders. Instead of extra charge that big banks do onto small online orders, the bank refuses the small order and makes excuses that its the sight not them.

  Branch manager was awesome when I first came in she was dealing with a frustrated client. She was caring and actually very sympathitic to the situation

  only bank i trust i been banking here close to a year better then chase the reason i am banking here and not at chase is my mom use to bank here and she loved it TCF you have my business :)

  I have a account with them they messed my account up now they want me to pay $318 back to them on something I already paid for they want to take any blame but tell me that I pulled money off my account that wasnt there but I have my repcite that proves it was cause if it wasn’t then I couldn’t pull off money duh

  tcf bank took $30 dollars from me for not using the account ? so what as long as you have my money why should i pay you , very poor customer service and the tellers are full of bad attitude . will not use this bank any more .

  After what happened with that customer trying to deposit a check , who would want to bank at this place? Hope the branch manager is let go.
