  My mother has been a member here for over 20 years and they've always treated her like family. She once had me call TC regarding her account and they knew by my voice alone that I wasn't her and wouldn't give me any info and when I put her own the phone they instantly knew who she was. Some banks give out info if you know the account number but not them and I think this is great. Shows they pay attention to their customers and actually care at them.

  They offer overdraft protection but will make sure they put the high transactions through first to get the most fees from you as possible. Very wrong practice. Eventually someone will sue them. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP.

  I love this bank but I just called today to transfer money and a banker told me that it would be a $5 fee to transfer over the phone. I agreed because I thought it was a new thing. I called back again and transferred more money and the next banker didn’t say anything about the $5 fee. I don’t know if they are trying to get my money but I don’t appreciate this. I’m not sure if they were lying or not.

  Until recently I've only used TC Federal to cash my paychecks. I've always enjoyed my experience here and since First Commerce has changed for the worse I've decided to move to TC Federal. The tellers are friendly and make you feel like your at home. I love the way Kaley jokes around with me when I walk in the door. You just get that feeling like you're welcomed there.

  Been banking here 63 years and convenient to my home. Great interest rates. TNB is another locally owned bank. Why go national?

  I can’t say enough about this bank and especially one of its employees Mrs. Meeka who besides being an amazing banker, she put myself and my family first and saved us from untold heartache. This is what small town banking should be. Thank you

  Great bank to do business with. Ask for Linda she knows everything and is super helpful. I use the Tallahassee branch for my business checking and line of credit.
