  The first time we took my girlfriend Sorento and it was fast repair like 20 minutes, Yesterday I took my kia soul And they fixed it ,and I'm very happy with Aliance kia dealership, All I know is that kia of Aliance is better than Kia Taylor.   Site has only a few of the cars they have. The details lack on the used ones they have. Was going to buy but sales didn't spend the time .

  I arrived on time for my appointment and they began to work on it immediately. The staff were both pleasant and professional. My car was serviced and I was out the door in an hour's time. I had a warranty scheduled service done and A factory required software update.

  Ridge is the man!!! If you ever need ANYTHING ask for that guy. Never had customer service that amazing in my entire life!!!

  I worked with Tracy at this location. She was EXTREMELY helpful and more than happy to go the extra mile to answer any of my questions. She was very dedicated when working with me on the acquisition of a used truck. I will definitely be looking to work with Tracy again the next time I am looking for a vehicle. I cannot recommend her enough.

  They sent me email and lied to me and said we were approved for a vehicle, We drove over 40 miles to get there and they changed the terms.
