  My Sister purchased a vehicle from this place without my knowledge. She was in the market for a cash ,no payments vehicle. Long story short she informed me after..not while she was on the lot,that she bought a vehicle with payments. She sent me their website. If a dealer have on all their Inventory :call for price..and no carfax..run real fast.. 😭😭😭😭😭😭times have changed. Do your homework before car shopping. Pull your credit report. Shop for a loan. Stay within your means. Read the vehicle history...carfax. Read consumer report to learn how that model performed over the years. Failure to do your homework is setting yourself up fo financial ruins. Read thr reviews.Hire a mechanic to inspect the vehicle.Stay clear of buy Here ,pay here dealers.

  Very unprofessional after you have your car. Repair company lies about fixing problems. When you take car back, of course they conveniently find something else wrong. I've had to take my car back multiple times for the same problem. Wish I had never given them my business. Never will again.

  RUDE! I called to ask about pricing on one of their vehicles, I asked for cash price and it was more than I expected so I then asked about terms on in-house financing. Apparently the sales person didn't want me to explore my options because she stated "You just asked about cash price and now you want to know finance terms?" NEVERMIND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SPREAD THE WORD! Some people have no people skills........ NONE!

  Made a wasted trip. They could have told me on the phone when i asked them if they had anything in my budget they said yes to come to the office. We drive from Smithville just to be told they don't have anything in my budget just to try to upsale their vehicles. Then had to drive all the way back to Smithville to take my mother inlaw back home without a vehicle for her.

  Account manager Amy provided exceptional service. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and was glad to help us get going. I would gladly refer family and friends to Taylor Auto Credit without pause.

  I've had my car for about 6 months no problems.. there pretty good at working with you on payments very nice and generous

  I helped my mother get a car here. BIG MISTAKE!!! Not even 30 days after we got the car it started falling apart, ac stopped working and some other issues. She was finally able to get it in the shop and 4 days later got it back with the AC still not working, motor on the window put in wrong so instead of going up it went down, you get the picture. She took it back in and they had it another 3 or 4 days and AC finally works, window still messed up. Their web site claims "Every car we sell undergoes a rigorous 55-point inspection by our highly trained staff and includes a 2 year/24,000-mile limited warranty." THIS IS A LIE...if it had gone under a 55 point inspection they wouldn't have put this on the lot as it was. In total she did not have a car for eight days and they still want their payment, refused to work with her. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

  We try our hardest to help every customer find the right car for them. While each vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection, these are used cars and they can develop issues over time. We have offered to repair the vehicle in our service department. We understand that the time it takes to make the repairs is an inconvenience.

  Great cars but bad customer service remember when you dealing with a family own business they can treat u how ever they want with no rules... But cars are great i just hate the reps
