  Above average selection and clerks with a decent demeanor and an even better banter. The two times I've stopped by to have a piece of jewelry assessed, the first time "he" attempted to remove a stone but stopped when confronted. The second time a stone was actually removed. It could have fallen off in transport or "he's" been practicing. Either way, God LOVE him🙏

  I came in with an issue about a laptop I had purchased and the two gentleman in the store gave me the best customer service I have received in a long time. They were both helpful and friendly and completely understanding of my concern. Quinten and Jeff offered me a great deal and resolved the issue fast and professionally.

  Absolutely worst pawn shop I have ever been to in my life, they actually try to RIP people off on purpose and the manager does not care..she is very rude also. How does a place like this deserve to be open with the kind of people working here they dont even know how to do their job right. And I'm being nice right now..some people have no morals anymore.

  Went in with a 14k white gold diamond ring. From my ex-husband. He said it did not have the stamp and it did not test for anything. Gold and the diamonds were real. The young kid said he could not give me anything. Like why would I bring a fake ring in?? They are too young and dumb to know anything about jewelry. I go next door and first thing he asks is did you get it sized. Yes!!! That’s why the stamp is not there and test 100% for white gold. Will never go back to them!!!!! Horrible service!!! Very uneducated.

  While I was browsing around just seeing what they got, and overhearing the lady who works there, talking rather loudly to her other employees about how one of the other workers was spending TOO MUCH time with a customer. She said "while you were helping that customer for 30 minutes I helped 4 other people, don't spend too much time on one person. It was a waste of time because that person didn't even buy anything." She repeated herself like 6 times. Totally railing on that guy. She was basically telling him if they seem like they're not going to buy something, no don't waste your time and just end the conversation. That's completely rude and unnecessary. Give the damn dude a break. Making a connection with people will get you further in sales than treating people as nothing more than walking wallets.

  This store is the exception to the Hardcore Pawn stereotype. In fact, they are the complete opposite. They are scrupulously fair, don't sell bad merchandise and give good pawn and sale prices. I highly recommend them.
