  After a critical review, the agent I talked to reached out to me and offered to help me get things figured out. After my dad's passing, I've had to contact so many places who have told me to figure things out on my own and get back to them, so I'm grateful to finally come across a place that actually wants to help me and make sure my mom is okay.

  What a great group of people to work with! With all the "internet" companies out there today it sure is nice to know everyone by name when an insurance need arises. Everyone at Tawas Bay insurance company makes me feel like a valued customer every time I call on them and the coverage has been great! I would give them 10 Stars if I could!
