Rafiki K2I experienced a very low level of customer service from Elaine Herrera in my recent visit. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but my experiences with other representatives at this branch have been nothing but great. 2 stars because I believe that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
Response from the ownerI’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our members and it sounds like we missed the mark. Please contact our VP of Lending today at 817-884-1470 so that you may discuss your experience at that branch.

Alisia Montgomery1I visit this location and very suprise no one said good morning "Nothing" I walked pass the manager well I think his name is Chris the person in the second office than Alexis and than twanya no one said a word very rude unprofessional and just dont care. Maybe this is why the kiosk is taking the jobs away from people the attitudes is horrible and people just rather a machine becasue the people are just as cold as the machines.
Response from the ownerGood morning, Alisia. I am sorry to read about your experience at our Arlington location. We will address it with the staff there and work to improve on delivering nothing less than excellent member service. You may call us at anytime to speak directly to a member of management about your experience and concerns. 817.884.1470. Thank you.

Matthew Lee1They took out the ATM. How that for service to the customer ? They claimed not enough business. The passport office just opened up. How are people in need of service from ATM get help ? This place acts like it doesn't want to do business with you. I would suggest going somewhere else.
Response from the ownerMr. Lee: Unfortunately the ATM that was located on the 2nd floor of the building, did not receive enough traffic to support keeping it. Sometimes business decisions are difficult, as was that one. On a brighter note, our branch in that building is open during the same business hours as the passport office and the other county services in that building, so we are able to do cash advances for those that are in need of cash. Please give us another chance to bring a smile to your face.
