  Thanks to Tano, my family was able to get the home of our dreams. When the builder's lender did not approve our loan last minute, he came in to help give us a new loan. That process took 20 days, which honestly would've taken a month or even longer! Tano took our case and, with his expertise and professionalism, helped us finish the process of buying our new home. His team walked us through the process of the loan and made sure we understood everything, always answered all the questions and concerns we had, and most importantly, the team was respectful and understanding of the stressful situation.   Tano and his team, made purchasing a home during a pandemic a breeze! We fell out of escrow once (God's plan) only to find my family's dream home.   I’m a Realtor. Buyer beware. The lender hung up on me when I asked for an estimate of cost for the client. I was Accused of trying to steal their loan. The “Approval” letter they provided is a play on words....application credit approval?? Great presentation at the beginning of the call, as soon as my questions requested actual substance, the professionalism stopped.
