  I was assisting my son to purchase a home in Parker, CO and we were using Tanner Connelly for the mortgage financing. Tanner was terrific in solving a serious problem we encountered when the seller's 2nd mortgage holder would not provide a pay-off quote for us to proceed with the purchase. Tanner became involved and was able to coordinate with others at Fairway to resolve the problem with the seller's 2nd mortgage holder.
