  I actually had a pretty good experience overall with these guys. I had a company through a third party and they wanted over 150$. I got towed from Walkersville to Taneytown for almost half of that! Saved me a ton and I now have their business card 😁

  They’re very polite and considerate, were very fair priced. I Was in a accident and they towed My car to their Shop, and started repairs immediately. They explained every step they were taking to repair my car. I would recommend this place to everyone & anyone thank you so much taneytown collision center & towing, for accommodating me and taking care of my cars needs.

  Long story short, swerved to miss a deer and hit a guardrail instead. I have lived in Taneytown for 18 years and always saw you guys but never had a reason to use you. (You can thank the deer if you would like to) I just picked up my car from you an hour ago, 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate, and I cannot believe how perfect it is. And to top it all off, they cleaned the entire inside for me!!! Vacuumed, dash, windows the whole nine yards. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and even personable. I can honestly say that they made me feel like they truly cared about me and my car. I will never take my car anywhere else again. Thank you for the amazing work you did on my car. #CustomerForLife

  Impressed with their towing operator. One of my rollbacks went down and they quickly came out to help. Called 2 other local companies and they couldn't get to it till late tonight or tomorrow. Taneytown had it back to my shop within a couple hours. Great job guys.

  I absolutely recommend this company for towing services and for mechanical services. My family and I were traveling from FL to PA for a family emergency when our car broke down. This was on a Friday day night so not many places were open. Our insurance company contacted Taneytown Collision Center for the tow. The representatives that responded were beyond kind and helpful. They even took us to a hotel and helped us unload the car. (we had no idea where we were, as we were driving through- so this was incredibly helpful) During this time my husband contacted the shop to see if the could recommend where to have our car towed to. The owner, John, was amazing. He said he would come in on Saturday even though they are closed to see if he could fix it. Long story short - he fixed one problem, found a transmission center to fix the other problem, and came in the following Saturday morning on his day off (again) to allow us to pick the car up. He had his son drive out to Baltimore for a part and his wife even offered to drive us 3 hours to my parents home. The entire experience was nothing short of superior. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your kindness and for going above and beyond Taneytown Colission Center!

  Roadside assistance sent these guys out to pick up my truck that broke down. There in 15 minutes after call, very respectful driver. Highly recommend them!

  These Guys were GREAT!!! John was very upfront and honest about my repairs and Theresa followed up with me the whole way. Very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. I also found out through talking to Theresa that they do repairs and maintenance also..............I WILL BE BACK!!!! Thank you again for fixing my car.
