      Very professional and courteous. Anna Williams was my contact atTalbot bank. I tried for months to secure equity loan from united bank...my bank...nothing but negativ e. response .At Talbot bank...5. days all paperwork done and loan apporoved.Talbot bank is my new bank now!thank you Anna!

      It's a great bank with great people who work there. They have never been rude to me and I've always been handled with care and courtesy. Definitely a bank you can trust that has your back and your best interests on mind. And impeccable customer service. Definitely give them a try.

      Very unprofessional customer service, asked a simple question and was rudely hung up on. If you sign want to work with customers don't work in customer service there was no reason for her actions as I was friendly and pleasant I will not do further business with Talbot once my issue is resolved professionalism matter
