  They have an unreasonable account login requirement. Must login every 30 days or the password expires. I can pay my loan on the 25th and then on the 27th of the next month I'll be locked out. They also don't credit your payment immediately, takes up to 5 days to process. I'm looking to move away form this bank. I have made repeated request to extend the login in timeframe but no change.

  Staff is rude. ATM never works. Constantly being locked out of debit card. This bank sucks were swapping to United bank. If you don't use your card for a week they shut it off. Thanks for making this decision so easy southcrest.

  Was s good bank years ago. Not anymore you can tell its no longer a local bank. Also constantly locked out of my debit card and i travel for work so this isn't good especially when nobody is there after 5 est or on weekends to turn back on.

  They bought Colony bank and we have been without debit cards for going on a week now. They don’t have any information to give on the situation. They are not helpful or friendly. Looking for a new bank.

  Literally the worst bank. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank in the past year and it’s just getting worse. I had tried to stay with them as I’ve been there for seven years, but the people who work here are unhelpful and I’m just over it. I am so happy I swapped to a different bank.

  Their changing the banking I can’t get access to my account to check it the 1800 number does not go thru !?!?
