Katie Baird1Today I have noticed to call the bank Synovous is not so good!!! They now have changed over to a A.I. system. No more people to talk with except someone on a voice system "Jammie" which is a computer!!! No humans to do business with initially while connecting to your local bank. I sure do miss the old ways when someone would ask you where would you like to be transferred. The hold time was 20 min and once I got a human on the phone of course the department was the wrong depart. Again another transfer to another department. BTW if your waiting music is the same as other big corps please choose better music! Something maybe classical and uplifting maybe might be better music choice.
