Dianna Marchsteiner4I have been a customer of FCB n/k/a Synovus for more 15+ years and personally know the Lehigh Acres branch management and staff for well over 25+ years. They have handled this ownership change with class and with my accounts made sure I was aware of what was occurring. That personal touch you can't find anymore at banks like Wells Fargo or Bank of America. However, Synovus' rules/regulations have limited a number of the services that I valued and had become used to using when it was FCB. I wish they would bring back Saturday drive-thru (9am to Noon). There are just some things that you need to do and the ATM isn't that convenient. Also limitation on where we can use our debit cards for cash withdrawals. But to Lenora, Hilde, Inki, Mary Lou, Barbara, and all the new faces.....you are doing a GREAT JOB!

Princess Jacks1I would have gave them 0 stars but ill give them 1 for bad customer service. They were rude as hell and laughing and very unproffesional. I wouldn't reccomend this bank to anybody a lady in there told me i need to sit down when i wasn't even doing anything then she kicks out my son's boss who was just there to help. Plus my son's check has been in there for two weeks and it was still pending and they wouldn't accept it cause they thought it was fraud and that's why his boss showed up to verify it but they kicked him out.

Jose S5This bank has been very helpful and customer oriented. Lenore and Barbara make an excellent team in offering customers the best investments for their money. They always put my interests first instead of quotas like other banks do. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.

Roxie Weingarth5I was in a very big hurry as we all are. I walked into the FCB Bank on Homestead, where there were 2 tellers and a couple other worker ladies. The tellers were seemingly socializing with the 2 patrons at there windows. While another lady and I stood patiently waiting. There were a few other worker ladies just walking around, like nothing else was on their mind. Including 2 customers becoming impatient. It was near to the point that Myself and the other woman were planning on walking out. I really do not think anyone would have cared... Finally I got to a window and the teller greeted me with What can I do for you? I said I'd like to get change for this $50 please. She said to me And your account number please? I said I don't have an account here. She said "Sorry, can't change then and you have a good day, have a good day". As she walked away, So I went to Wells Fargo, Homestead Rd. Linda was exceptionally sweet. Thank you Linda

RawKingz 151Horrible bank do not recommend to anyone treat the customers like kids an have bad attitudes! That head management needs to go make you feel like a suspect for a cashing a paycheck that i still havent gotten going on 3 weeks froma local company right next door im glad i talked 3 people out of of closing their accounts with them in the next few weeks hope this company goes down the drian
