  I came to the bank to open a business account and Flor was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable! She helped with every question we had and went above and beyond today! Definitely will come back to open an account for our other businesses

  Wait time is HORRIBLE. Staff is understaffed, they make excuses for the “system” being slow etc. Product knowledge is needed for others. Management need to cross train the staff where people in the window know how to just issue debit cards. For me to be a Business owner this was some straight BS!!!

  I’ve had it with these ATM’s out of money, or service or I don’t know what’s next! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Please ensure they’re well maintained and working on a regular basis🤷🏻‍♀️

  Went in to BofA today for question about my business account and was greeted nicely by Flor she helped answer all the questions I had today 10/10 would recommend anyone to go to Flor for anything you need Thankyou !

  these are my favorites of all time team at bank of America always trying to help you as much as possible. There is a long wait but its worth it. I like all the convenient of online banking.

  Very poor service. It’s only one dam teller in the bank and she’s doing both drive thru and inside. Ridiculous to be this dam slow and when it’s not even crowded. Please do better or I take my banking somewhere else. Like Wells Fargo
