  Twenty six years with this bank; Citizens & Merchants, the Bank of N. GA and now Synovus. I moved to VR and now this location is my go-to location. I am very pleased with their customer service. Took a minute for them to know me but overall, a great experience!!

  I've used this bank before it became synovus, it was bank of North Georgia for the longest time. 10 years with them. I haven't too many issues. The ATM does suck though hardly ever works. But that's not the employees issues that's higher up problems. I'm sure they've complained

  This bank is awful. I’m using it as my first bank because their customer service was great whenever I’d cash checks before I was an account holder. Now the service sucks and they put ridiculous holds on my account. Also the atm almost never works.

  I have been banking with Synovus for about 15 years and have been to several locations. This location made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted, I was told they couldn't place a face with the name. What does that have to do with anything?!? My money is there and I'm a customer with multiple accounts in good standing.

  I absolutely love this bank. Me and my husband have been there over 25 years. Friendly staff. They have always been helpful to me.

  What a great location ,this was very convent for us,we was able to get our banking done as we was going out of town ,the place was very neat and clean and the teller was exta nice,a home town frindly exsperiance

  The new phone system sucks please go back to old system takes twice as long to check balance and it breaks up terrivly
