  Words do not describe the amazing service provided to my family and I for our recent move. We secured Movement Mortgage, and Philip as our loan officer, almost 2 weeks away from our scheduled closing date. This is no easy task - we have to apply, get into underwriting, disclose the loan, and send documents to stay on schedule - but Philip told me he was up to the task. From the beginning, Philip was receptive and fully communicative. After a brief review, he assured us Movement Mortgage would be more than capable of funding our loan, and still on the closing date originally slated. From there, every call, every email, every question was answered quickly and accurately. I think the best way to describe how Philip and his team at Movement Mortgage treated my family was just like that, like a family, and not like a loan file. He will forever be my loan officer, and Movement Mortgage my mortgage broker.

  Philip and his team were amazing! My fiancee and I were able to submit an offer and close on a house is less then 2 weeks! This was one of the many benefits with working with Movement Mortgage.   As a realtor, Philip has handled several of my real estate transactions. My clients were in a multiple offer situations and I have been able to win all contracts with the help of Philip and his team. We were able to secure offers by offering close dates as short as 10 days! This makes a definite difference in a multiple offer situation and the seller would like to close ASAP! All transactions have gone smoothly. Philip and his team were great at communicating with me and my clients.

  I had a horrible customer service experience with Movement Mortgage and I would NOT consider doing business with them again. Extremely POOR communication, took WAY WAY TOO LONG (every time they would ask for documents ASAP, they wouldn't respond with feedback for multiple days to more than a week. They took SO long (on a refinance) that they had to re-request a payoff quote from the original lender due to the original quote being old/irrelevant. Clearly not customer focused. Save yourself time, and frustration and find someone else... BTW...in the middle of the refinance process, Philip informed me he resigned from Movement Mortgage, so apparently he no longer works there.
