  I have never had such an incredibly pleasant experience in the home-shopping business. Mike was always incredibly responsive, has access on his mobile phone to create pre-approval letters and get them back to you in minutes, which during this type of seller's market was very appreciated to get my offer approved quickly. He even responded to an email I sent when he was on vacation out of the country. You will never regret using Synergy One Lending, I cannot say enough great things about them.
