  My husband and I originally opened an account through a credit union in hopes of getting the best possible prices and service, however, Ben was able to beat what the credit union offered and his customer service was outstanding. Very patient with us as we asked what is probably very obvious questions and was always quick to respond to our emails or calls. Thanks so much Ben!

  Ben boasted about himself and implied going through him would be an easy process compared to another lender. I know it could be said that I would have encountered the same opposition with said company, but I blame Ben for his lack of transparency in the beginning stages of the application process. His arrogance made it seem like there would be no snags and I truly believe if it wasn't for Racee my loan wouldn't have funded. I give 3 stars because of HER, since Ben rarely had any communication with me at all and was only a figurehead.

  Hi Ryan, thanks for taking the time to review. Racee is awesome, and I am lucky to have her. I think many lending institutions would not have funded your loan to be honest. VA has requirements for borrowers who have been out if work or unemploymed for long period of time and not been back on their current employment for 1 year. We were able to get an exception from the VA since you had only been employed for 4-5 months following a large employment gap. I understand it was draining helping us get the past WVOE so we could have a 2 year work history. Again, thanks for your feedback, and we are happy you are in your home. Congrats!

  Ben and his Team were absolutely amazing. Ben was always extremely prompt in replies and was always calm, cool, and collective. This was our fourth house purchase in ten years and was by far the smoothest of them all. Big shout out to Racee, who did an amazing job of gathering all of our paperwork and always being professional and efficient. Ben would give us timely updates letting us always know where we stood in the home loan process. I could not recommend Ben and his team at Synergy One enough. Thanks for all of your hard work and compassion.
