  Gabe Swinford did a incredible job helping us through the process of buying a new home and selling our current home. We weren't prepared to put our house on the market when our dream home came along, but he assisted in getting it ready to sell, and helped us negotiate contracts on both homes.   Matt was so AWESOME! He literally did everything we asked! He took some incredible picture of an old house and made it look great! He was great about keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on! He definitely worked for us! We are so THANKFUL for Matt and Swinford Realty!!!
