  I highly recommend Swift Loan and to reach out to Zach Mayer and his team. They have provided me with top level service and is very professional and knowledgeable. Zach helped me work through all the financial paperwork and assisted me with getting the best home loan and associated interest rate. Zach and his team (Dennis La Jess) worked very diligently on getting my paperwork process and was also very responsive to my correspondences (both calls and emails) throughout my home buying process and was able to help me close on my home in 4 weeks time with no delays. Overall, a very great company/team to work with, I will be using their services again in the future if the chance for refinancing arises.

  I absolutely had the best experience while refinancing our mortgage through Syndicate Mortgages and working with Warren Krupp. He was very professional and always helpful when I had questions throughout the process. He was never overbearing or too pushy like previous mortgage brokers/Loan officers I have worked with. He showed dedication to my family and I through the entire process and his generosity showed in his care , concern and patience through the very last step. He would call or send me an email when rates improved and seemed to always put my family’s needs above everything else. He worked on our behalf and in our best interest and we are very pleased. The experience was great and we will definitely work with him and his office again.

  I recently was referred to Max Afzalimehr by a colleague of mine and I can tell you as a Real Estate agent working in the Miami/Miami Beach area for the past 26 years that Max and his team were the most professional mortgage brokers I have ever worked with. I have done 3 deals so far with Max and he has gone above and beyond for my clients which of course makes me look good. Max always answers his phone or at least returns calls promptly not just for me but for my clients as well. That is rare in this town but thats just one of the things that makes Max stand out above the others. He's a true professional and a pleasure to work with. On the first one I contacted Max on a weekend while I was going through a horrible lending experience. Max literally came to the rescue and made our closing happen in just 20 days.   It is a pleasure to write this expose of my experience with Syndicated Mortgage. In the current times many news releases recommend that someone in my position refinance their existing mortgage. I started inquiring about how to do so and found that the scramble for my business was overwhelming and competitive. Most representatives wanted easy refinance clients only; the ones that fit into their boxes of income sources. My income comes from several sources not just a single pay check. Another complication was my need for a financial guide who would not require me to send documents through the scan and upload method so familiar to most others. I am older and in the habit of saving all my documents in files that I keep organized. After going through several uncomfortable interviews with three other companies I found Zach Mayer with Syndicated Mortgages. He reassured me that he could work with my situation and would be able to use a method of photographs of documents rather than scanned documents as I do not have a scanner. It worked and Zach was so patient and professional all the way along not even hinting that I should be better than I am with technology. My recommendation for Zach Mayer and Syndicated Mortgages is very high for any one who feels intimidated by this online process. I am confident that you too will find solutions by contacting Syndicated Mortgages. This company was kind and professional, patient and caring.

  Disorganized, Deceptive or Both Beware when working with Swift. I had read reviews about Swift Loan springing surprises on people at the last minute but I figured those were one-offs and I’d give him a shot. Unfortunately, that is exactly what he did. All along I was told I would not have to bring any money to close. I was also told I would in fact be reimbursed for the $900 appraisal and therefore would receive a check at closing in addition to my escrow reimbursement at a later date. This is also what the final disclosure docs stated. However it wasn’t until I’m sitting with the notary, ready to sign docs that I’m informed that I would have to write a check. Swift Loans is disorganized at best. This all could have been easily avoided. Max was fully aware that I did not want to bring money to close and we talked about it on several occasions. Why wouldn’t he make me aware of a change to the loan beforehand? Why would he send me the FINAL disclosure and then 3 days later alter the docs and not pick up the phone? When I called him out on it, he proceed to talk about how insignificant my loan amount was an started bragging about how he does $10 million dollar deals. He talks in circles but doesn’t actually answer your questions. He presents you with what appears to be a great loan deal but don’t believe it. He’s likely to deceive you as well.

  This was the best, most hassle free mortgage experience I've ever had in well over a twenty financings. Zach was extremely responsive and very professional. The requirements were kept to a minimum and their apps are very easy to use. Zach was the only lead I contacted that was willing to give me an honest quote prior to committing and they will give you as good or better rate than you can get anywhere else. I highly recommend these guys.
