  I don't know if this is a 'Jekyll and Hyde' outfit or what, but my experience with them was NOT pleasant. The communication with a gentleman named Courtney was seriously deficient, and we found the office manager Tamara to be difficult to work with. Ultimately had to change to a different lender halfway through the process. I would not recommend this lender to anyone I liked.

  Terrible!!! Applied for a loan online, submitted all of my documents and waited. Never received a call, got plenty of emails, but when it was time to ask questions no one would answer. I went to the office and Michael Hampton was the person over my line, never called or reached out. I wouldn't send my dead dog to them. Find someone else.
