  They do our residential trash and never miss a weekly pickup. Also, I sometimes have an unusually large amount of trash due to cleaning the garage or some such thing, and they always take it without complaining. They are such a better value than the 'big' services. They are a friendly hometown company.

  The most inconsistent company I’ve ever dealt with. They try double charging and they NEVER dump every 2 weeks like I pay for. Its more like whenever they feel like it. And they never answer their phones.

  We have a dumpster we pay for every 2 weeks to get picked up, they don’t come every two weeks we’re lucky if they come once a month. I’ve called and left several voicemails they haven’t come since November and refuse to call back or reduce my bill for the times they never come. Terrible customer service!
