  Susanne Schlador at FoAM did a fantastic job of helping us finance the purchase of our new home while we were out of state. I am convinced the process would not have gone as smoothly or stayed on schedule as it did without her oversight and tenacious eye for details. Her experience helped us avoid the hiccups and obstacles that can create stress on everyone involved. She kept the communication channels open to prevent delays.
