She was professional, concerned with our needs, and went out of her way to make our experience stress free. Making a major financial decision needed proper guidance. Susan was all of these things.   Susan is an outstanding realtor that will always go the extra mile.   If you want someone to work tirelessly on your behalf, then Susan is your realtor. The results were amazing. We received 11 offers within 4 days and sold for over $150K above asking. She was so responsive to us and she has such a great sense of the market. She knows what buyers want but also knows how to efficiently stage a home for sale, as my results would indicate.   Susan was everything we could ever expect in a realtor when it came to selling our home. We were in a position where we had to sell due to an out of state relocation, a circumstance that often requires compromise on selling price to meet your timeline. Susan valued the house above where we thought it would sell, which made us nervous but optimistic, then marketed it in such an effective way that we got non-stop traffic for the few weeks it was on the market and ended up with a bidding war with three offers, all in a selling environment where we had numerous similarly priced and size homes for sale within a small area around us.
