  Needed a $1000 loan on my wedding set. 14k rose gold, weighed about 7 grams, 1 carat total diamond weight. I was offered $50 because it was unsellable; it would have to be melted for the gold and the diamonds made no difference. This diamond covered ring was missing 1 1 pt stone.. if I would have gotten it fixed, I could have gotten $450. Went to the next closest pawn shop and they offered $1000 on the spot. No wonder the jewlery inventory was so low here smh

  If you want to lose your stuff, pawn it here. I was in a bad situation because of being hit by a car and we had to pawn my wife's wedding ring. They undervalued it by a factor of right. At the end of the term, I needed 1 more day to get the $65 to extend the pawn a month. They would not work with me or take $40 until the next day. I went in person and talked to the manager and his answer was only what else do I have. I got the money that evening but it was after they closed. I was there waiting for them to open in the morning and talked to the manager. He said it dropped out last night and for me to put it back in pawn now I have to pay $270, up from $65. Or I could take it home for now $770 instead of the $700 the night before. Of course I didn't have the money either way, all I had was the $65 I was expecting. I always try to include a positive in my review and so here it is. He did give me a week to come up with the money, but it Just didn't matter. Nvenergy was going to turn off our power as well so I had to put the money there instead. We lost my wife's 16 year old wedding ring. Talk about a relationship strain, because of there holier than thou attitude. Never again.

  The newer manager Jay is terrible, and so are the staff! They are ruining this store. Very rude, poor customer service, and unhelpful. I have been coming here for years, giving them my buisness and a lot of money. Suddenly they can't see my past transactions in their system over the years. Avoid this location, it's no wonder the staff that have been there for a long time are all gone, hardly any customers in the store anymore. They are truly ruining this location it is sad! I will no longer come here and waste my money. Super Pawn needs to get rid of this manager and "his" set of co-workers because they are the ones driving customers away.

  Wow talk about worst customer service! The jeweler Jose is beyond rude, doesn't care about ones jewelry. He proceeded to just throw it in the counter like nothing. Then like that wasn't enough a Lady named Vilma I believe is her name was just beyond rude! She acted like we didn't have money to buy anything, and didn't want to show us some jewelry because it was expensive! Corporate doesn't even care I did call twice and left a msg and to this day no one has called me back I will NEVER go back! Do your self a favor and don't come here!

  Stay away they will only try to or will rip you off. I used them a few times a couple yrs a go when they had good staff but now idk? I took a guitar on loan a few months ago. She was right off the back ripping apart a $700 guitar. She said 75 was best. Ok thinking ill come back. I couldn't make it and it sits on wall for 350. So today I took my amp in and the dood hooked up some pos guitar with a pos cored and was like Idk its making noises and we only mark this line 6 at $30. Lmao. Stay away!!!

  The customer service was beyond amazing, totally friendly and so knowledgeable. The staff went above and beyond to help me in any way possible. The manager at the store should be so proud of each and every one of the employees at this store!

  Super Pawn should be shut down. I filed a stolen property report got a release from Metro police department, went in to even buy back my own stolen property as opposed to waiting for a court hearing to get my item back for my 4 year old and they still would not give it to me. This is the most corrupt business in Las Vegas. I am hoping something changes soon. They should have to exercise common sense and good judgement when buying things from thieves, but they don't. It is a legal way to buy stolen property and profit from it. Grrrrrrrrrrrr..... I want to make a change and I will not stop with a simple review.

  I always have a good experience when I visit this shop the new manager Jay has excellent customer service and very polite he always serves service with a smile

  very fast, was in and out in 10min. great service welcomed the min I walked in the door.. no low balling I like this place.. I've been to a couple places, and haven't got that from any if them.. will be back..

  The manager jay was very rude didnt offer me what was promised which is ypu can pawn at half of what you purchased the item for 👎👎👎👎
