  I was with another insurance company for over 20 years and found out that I was paying way to much. I went to Sed Poche State Farm and saved several hundred dollars on my car and home insurance. The service was outstanding and the personnel staff friendly and helpful. I have recommended several of my friends and they also saved money. Does not hurt to get a quote from them you will save in the long run.

  I have known Sed Poche and his insurance agents for well over 12+ years. My Dad, god rest his soul set me up with them. I would highly recommend Sed's office and his agents. They are kind, caring, efficient, and follow through on what they say they'll do.

  Been a customer for about 8 years. Here's what I love about them: when you call on the phone, a person picks up immediately and they have all your info in front of them and are knowledgeable. Also, their prices are great. I shopped around because I thought maybe I could find cheaper with Geico or elsewhere and found State Farm to be competitive. Which made me happy because they've been so easy to deal with I didn't really want to switch.

  I contacted Sed Poche’s office to see if they could save me money on my car insurance. The quote they gave me saved me so much money. Marysol and Kerri made the whole process simple and stress free. They were both extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I have recommended their office to several of my friends.

  I went online to get a quote for how much my insurance would be for a new car. I've used State Farm in another state, so I really don't have a problem with rates and service etc. of the company as a whole. My main issue is with this office. Marysol was the agent that got in contact with me after I filled out my information online, and I responded the first time they emailed me saying that I have found another provider and that I was not going forward in insuring with State Farm. I have been emailed twice and received three text messages about signing on with them since then. I find this extremely unprofessional because they obviously didn't look at the response, or could care less that I was not interested. It seems very pushy in wanting to meet sales goals, and you should not be pushing that on your potential customers. I will likely not get another State Farm policy for some time, and definitely will not make any additional recommendations in the near future - especially to this location. If you are thinking of signing on, I would suggest LaDonna Koeller on Rancho. When I went there in person to change my coverage when I moved to Nevada, she was amazing! She fixed inconsistencies in my rate that I was essentially "double" paying to the agent I had in Utah, and even educated me on what life insurance is, and how that coverage works if it doesn't get used.

  Was with State Farm for 5 yrs with no problems. After I dropped my Life Insurance Policy, I noticed a difference in how I was being treated by 2 of the agents and scolded by Sed Poche himself... Never in my life thought that a I would be treated the way this man & his office treated me. My Life, My Life Insurance Policy, My choice. Guess he couldn't continue to make extra $$$ off of me. I have a perfect driving record and because my husband had some accidents in which he was not at fault State Farm Dropped me!!! Since I'm being totally honest here I suggest not to discontinue any type of policies ... He made me cry & suggested he could transfer my Policy to another company. Very very unprofessional...

  I recently moved from CA to Las Vegas, NV. I came across Sed Poche State Farm and I am very happy I did. Sed, and his staff, provided a seamless transition from start to finish and were able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Sed took the time to make sure all my needs were met and was able to save me a great deal of money! I will definitely be recommending Sed Poche to my colleagues, family and friends.

  I have been a customer for a couple of years and am very satisfied with the great customer service each time I can with questions or to pay for my monthly insurance bill. I really like that I can call and make my payment usually in less then 2 minutes... Very streamline and efficient!

  I like this office. I moved to NV in 2016 and State Farm had the best rates for me. The initial person (Tracey) I was working with was great, although she is not there anymore the other staff have been okay. I really havent dealt with them too much or go into the office very much since Tracey left. Sed seems like a nice guy. I've only met him once recently due to my schedule. Nancy and Gloria are who i speak with the most. They are okay. I'd continue doing business here. Its unfortunate to see the other reviews about their coverage. I'd be upset too. Hopefully i dont have the same experience.

  Not only is State Farm a brand you can trust - Sed Poche is an agent that actually cares about his clients. He's helped provide customized quotes for options that best fit my individual needs. Also, he and his team were very accommodating whenever I needed their services or help with maintaining my plans, while offering competitive premiums that can't be beat.
