  We had a fantastic experience with Pete at Fairway. The loan was tailored to mine and my husbands needs specifically which made purchasing a home possible. With Pete's assistance we were able to sort out details in regards to our financial situation that made the hope of being home owners become a reality.   My husband and I were first time home buyers and Pete helped us step by step. We started this home buying experience pre covid and he kept communication with us and checking to see how we were doing even though we could not go further in our home buying process. Over a year later Pete helped us purchase our first home. He was informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

  As a seller I don’t recommend this company . They preapprove a buyer then they want 8 to 10 Weeks to close. This is with No confirmation at the end that you will close then. As a buyer you will be out a lot of money along with the seller while you wait for them to be ready
