  It's the only pawnshop I've been to that gives fair loans on guitars. Adam actually knows their value, an unusual thing for a pawnshop.

  I have been here a few times to buy or sell items. Their prices could really be better (they're a tad bit high compared to other places) the only reason I keep returning is because of Elias, that dude was awesome from the very start! If you come here just ask to speak with Elias, you will not he disappointed I promise you, he even searched high and low for some crazy glue to fix my broken sunglasses! The whole store is great. Clean, organized and everyone is professional. I would hope that they could make Elias the manager because he's definitely ready for it. Great job dude! Keep it up!

  They posted a bike on offer up, I replied within thirty minutes of them posting it and I called them. I asked them to hold it for me until the next day because they were about to close and I couldn’t make it in time, he said yes and took my name down. The next morning I called when they opened to make sure it was still there and they had already sold it!!!! I’m so upset!!! That’s so unprofessional!!! Don’t tell someone you will hold the bike for someone and then sell it to someone completely different!!!!!

  According to the phone logs and the recordings, no one made any such agreement with you. I am sorry you misunderstood the conversation, but we have a policy of not holding items unless a down payment has been made. We hope have a great day!

  We had an agreed upon price for an item. They said they would put it away for me as I was driving there to pick it up. Not 20 minutes later I get a text telling me that they already sold it. I wasted my time and gas money to get halfway there only to read that at the gas station and have to make my way back home. I cant say I am a fan of businesses that do not keep their word. EDIT. To the response. It was through the app Offerup. So please dont try to weasel your way out of responsibility. You said you would hold it. Weather or not I had paid for it yet, if you said you would hold it you should have held it. I attached the conversation as proof. Please try to talk your way out now?

  We do not text individuals as no employee is allowed to have their personal phone on them while at work. So, that statement does not quite add up. The only way we can hold items is if a down payment is placed upon the item itself, which guarantees the buyer and seller of an agreed upon transaction. Have a great day!

  they are super lowballers. tried to get loan on some brilliant indian sets, 22k , more than an ounce each set. at the price today for gold they are valued more than 3400. they refused to give me 1800. didn't even try to work with it. given the value i think these guys need to goto customer service school and negotiation classes. i guess they make plenty on 18v dewalt tools. fot their pawn service i give them 2 stars. i did notice a lot of tools and some musical stuff guitars ect. but the lowballers prices were marked up beyond what I'm used to so im not a fan.

  It is interesting how you omitted your weight of your item in this review. Let's just speculate the math by the value notion of "more than an ounce" and call it 30.0 dwt (pennyweight) in weight (that is an ounce and a half). Gold for 24kt is valued, at the spot price, and at the time of this rebuttal, it is $1234.00. If you divide by an ounce ($1234/20.0 Dwt) you are left over with $61.7 a dwt. Since your gold is 91% of gold content, you multiply said value spot value by its decimal (61.70 * 0.910). That gives you a grand total of $56.14 of spot price. We do not even get that at melt, but I digress. If you take the factor of your gold being worth $56.14 for melt value it would only be logical to do a percentage of that market share value (as said value rises and falls daily). If we buy the gold at 70% of its value that would equate to $39.29 a pennyweight (dwt). Depending on the stones, the design, and other factors that involve us determining your price, your gold is only worth $1,170.00 for every piece weighing 30.0 DWT. Not your so-called "$3400.00" Bear in mind this is just the straight worth of the melt value, we also determine the design, stones (if applicable), hold old the piece is, etc., Needless to say, even if we factor just a common design (a common design is a repeated mold to cast the gold) then you are looking at $1300.00 Either way, we offered you a fair price and there was no need to go into negotiation with you. We are business, not a charity.

  I have been coming here many many years for all sorts of things, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone here bends over backwards to help you and they are always willing to do the best they can for you. A good place to go to look for jewelry or a musical instrument or TV. The reason they have been successful for so long is you can completely trust them. Don't listen to any negative comments- these guys are awesome -

  WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The ONLY one working was the young girl* NEED A MANAGER or someone with CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS The fat white guy just ignored the fact that there were customers & the other guy started a transaction then had the young girl finish up... NEVER AGAIN A scale from 1-10 it is --> 2 thumbs DOWN a NEG - 8*

  Sorry you felt that way but your review is so poorly vague I don't have a way to address the issue. I don't know who this "fat white" guy is. We don't have a fat, white guy. I also don't know who this "other" guy is that passed on a transaction to another person. Though, this practice is fairly common has we have other customers who need managerial help and we often do TO's (i.e., Turn Over). I do not see how that is an issue, though. We apologize again for your bad "experience."
