  Owner is Great, been a time or 2 I needed some cash, he'd pawn my dirt bike and give fair market value everytime. Wouldn't try beating a guy while he was down. If you communicate he'll do what he can to help or hold an item longer then expected. Great place

  No receipt, no return policy That's like break you buy but no not to me cause I hold all rights reserved to the entity of place or places. Lock everything up so an accident may not happen.

  Highly recommend this pawn store. The owner and his employees are awesome! They were very helpful, kind and their customer service was phenomenal! Definitely gotta stop here

  These guys are the best. We all hate having to pawn stuff, but they make it as painless as possible. And they've got lots of cool stuff for good prices (I like haggling with them) and great senses of humor. Coolest pawn shop I've ever dealt with anywhere in the US.

  Bought a set of subs and they didn’t even last one song and they wouldn’t take them back. Won’t ever go back again. Same with all the people I recommend to go there😡

  Me and my mom bought two rings there Tuesday of this week took them them to Kay's to get them cleaned since they didn't clean them there found out both rings had loose stones. Sorry but in comparison to pawn America their a lot higher on the prices and their stuff doesn't get a high retail value. Plus they were not willing to do anything about the loose stones had to have taken care of on my own dime. Will not be coming back again.

  One of these employees here took advantage of a situation which required me to be in a hurry, and straight up sold me a bicycle with no front breaks for 80$. How pathetic can someone really be? I call to see if they can at least fix it for me, and they tell me “you should’ve looked over the merchandise before you bought it. We have a no return policy” I asked you to make it right and fix what damaged property you sold! What a joke this place is I really hope karma comes back to you on this one!!

  This is a land mark for me! As a 16 year old kid, I would drive an hour to Sioux Falls from NW IOWA to viset Sunset Strip Pawn, the gaze a musical equipment, (everything from classic guitars, to synths, to once even a GONG!) I was also browse the VHS and Used cd's! I mostly came here to look at all the amazing vintage guitars! So many beauties here, I have bought a few guitars here as well! The staff was always super nice and the characters in the store support the name! The stars are all here :) If you love vintage guitars, and are traveling on I-90 you must stop off to see SUNSET STRIP PAWN you will not be disappointed.

  They have a good variety but the prices on a lot of things are ridiculous. Plus I have felt unwanted there. I have been there 3 times and every time no one tried to assist me. I like the pawn shop cause of the electronics they have but staff and prices need to improve.

  Had to get something. They had it. And as far as tools go they basically have a whole store worth next door
