  I took out a loan with the understanding that the payoff would be over 600 dollars...no big deal. I called to make my payment today and the lady that answered the phone took my payment. I ask what the th payoff is amd she stated ober 800 dollars. I said I didn't realize i was paying double. In a very rude way she said...Do you know how to read your contract? It says it clearly. WHAT??? Why donyou feel tje need to be nasty. I was very polite but confised and just asked. Simple question. I asked for the managers name amd then she hung up. I have never had any knid of issues and I refuse to recommend anyone of my friends Nand family to Sunset Finanace.

  Went in to get a small loan. They took down my Social security number, email, etc. Then no loan and did not give my info back. I am 60 years old. I was looking for more respect.
