  Flagged my credit with the wind account and destroyed the credit I was trying to build . Sent me thru hoops when I wanted to dispute. Advised me to file police report and check back with them just to file a dispute. Ridiculous!! Just take the charge off of MY credit report.

  This company is absolutely horrid. Their supervisor Christina williams was absolutely no help! I had made a settlement and agreed for them to take out $995 and they ended up taking twice as much!! And they put the money back into my bank account and told me that my account had been resolved. Guess what?! I got another phone call from them saying that my account is no loger resloved and the supervisor is unwilling to help! Don't trust this company. untrained, rude staff that are not willing to help. I DONT HABE MONEY COMING OUT OF MY ASS. Even the supervisor would talk over me every time I tried to speak and get my frustrations out. Also they use a fake number to call you to make it seem like they are calling from your own state when really they are stationed in NY

  Something doesn't seem right. I owe a payment that I totally forgot about (Publishing Clearing House). The mail came with my first initial and last name which is weird considering I am suppose to pay a bill with you all. Not one mail I could recall have my name printed out like that. Tried to go online. They are asking for me to accept the certificate from the site. Then my computer is asking me to enter my keychain password to accept. WHICH I never ever went through this with any other site and if so, RED FLAG. So I went ahead and called the automated phone-line. They don't recognize the account numbers that are listed on the mailing notice so now this is starting to worry me. I do not want to pay something that isn't full legit. I see theres an address and phone number but the site alone is not very functional. AND the fact I cannot even pay it by phone is crazy. YOU want the money, but don't give me a workable option to PAY it!

  Wow. This company is something else. As a small business owner I usually don't write negative reviews because I can understand the impact but wow this company deserves it! Trying to collect debt that was already paid and then reporting it on you're credit report and refuses to remove it even if you pay them in full! Never met someone more dumb then them they rather report it to the credit bureaus and let you dispute it then having you pay it and remove it. If you're trying to collect a debt choose a different company because these guys have no clue how to do business.

  The representative was extremely rude she yelled at me was argumentative and insulted me. She told me i was born in 1985 and i was old enough to know what loan shes taking about she was mad because i was asking questions. Truly unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable setting up any payment arrangements with her.

  I am happy that Sunrise Credit Services are understanding and patient. I owe some money for school and since then. 7 out of 10 people I have spoke with were very respectful and understanding. The others I'm sure weren't having a good day. ( Debt collecting seems like a hard job dealing with jerks all day and people who aren't holding themselves accountable for their debts) They are in no rush to try and collect money as long as they get some kind of payment and a little honesty. They contact me when my payment didn't go through and I appreciate them reaching out to me instead of me thinking I made a payment and I am ahead of my bill. This debt was not reported on my credit report, I am sure if I was stubborn and not making payments it would reflect negatively.

  This company has been calling my number for the last week from different phone numbers. I spoke with a lady and told her I do not have an account with them, she said what’s your phone number... I told her as she said we are looking for so&so date of birth is... I told her I’m sorry but you seem to have the wrong number. She said are you sure about that or are you lying?. It’s one thing misdialing a phone number but doing it over and over again and then giving out people’s names and date of births is something completely different and not right.

  Got called for a debt I cleared with another company months ago. Spoke with mutible very rude and uninformative representives. Didn't even receive anything in the mail regarding a debt. And for some reason Everytime I called the amount for the fake debt kept changeing from representive to representive. If your going to scam people how about doing it a little bit more intelligently

  I was sent to collection by optimum while the account was paid in full. When I called sunrise credit, I was told I have to wait for almost two months for them to report the discrepancy, while my credit score suffer.

  I had the same problems. A lady yelled at me because I asked her to send me a statement in the mail or email me. She stated that she could not until I started paying on my billed. I was also told that a billed was mailed to my address(1/26/17) two weeks ago but, I still have not received a letter. So I asked her would you pay a bill you could not see? she said no. So I stated why should I. She keeping yelling or just trying or over talk me. These people are very unprofessional, and if ATT has chosen this suppose to be company, it awful!
