What i just experienced was the most horrific situation of my life! He was definitely racial profiling and threatening me! We were all in the parking lot and the man was disrespectful. I’m going to post the video online. I’m traumatized.

Your branch manager Nikki is absolutely darling. She is so helpful and kind. Never had a bad experience at this location. Such an amazing group of people.

Predatory parking lot. Sign is not clearly written. After a long and exhausting day of some unforeseen issues, we had parked there for only an hour (where we thought we were in the clear to park there via how the sign is written). An hour later we were towed. And it costs $250 to get out… If they’re looking to make a quick penny off of people who parked there, I would DEFINITELY not trust this bank.

Predatory parking lot. Sunrise Bank advertises with numerous signs that parking during off business hours is fine. I parked after business hours, (after 6pm on Wednesday) 11/13/19. Yet, I come back 1 hour later to find my car towed. The lot was totally empty and my car was not blocking access. A simple note would have sufficed. The situation was all the more disingenuous given the clear implication of the signage in the lot. Upon reflection, the only reasoning I can take away from the situation is that the bank is looking to make a quick and disgraceful dollar off the surrounding populace. If the signage had been clear in stating that the parking was for bank customers only at ALL hours that would have been fine. Instead I find myself writing this review, finding solace in the plethora of Reddit posts that decry the contemptible scourge of private towing companies and those that employ them. Please see the attached pictures to wallow in Sunrise Bank's duplicity as I have been forced too.

Service was good fast and friendly. But they charge $10 for cashing a check if you don't bank with them despite the check is from an account with them.

You should definitely do backgrounds on who you hire for security! The black man with glass who called a tow i my truck after hours is very disrespectful and i had to call the police because he bucked at me and I’m a woman and was nasty towards me. I already have my attorney on this and both companies withb be hearing from me! I have a group of people who have it all on camera!

Customer Service is nearly impossible to reach, even for very basic and urgent banking matters. Takes 5-10min on average to get thru the phone tree, let alone actually get anyone at all on the phone and if you do 99% of the time you are transferred to someone but really its just voicemail where no one ever returns your call. I've had this bank since they were Franklin, which I loved, and its been horrible ever since. Bankers/reps have been rude as all hell on numerous occasions, not to mention unhelpful. If I find myself in position where they have fraud-protected me away from being able to access my own funds (a situation I've been in dozens of times) they are unreachable and so is MY money. Unacceptable. Can't wait to switch.

These guys were really helpful and great to work with during the Covid-19 PPP loan process. We were originally banking at a large bank and now are happy to have a local bank to work with on a regular basis. Love all the stuff they do for the community as well!

Excellent experience working with Sunrise so far. As one of only 12 B Corporations in the state the social impact of this business gets too often overlooked, ignoring the how much of an asset this is to the bigger economic picture
