  Brian Cooke, is a rockstar. From the moment I inquired on refinancing rates to the moment my loan funded, It took less than 3 weeks. This was the most painless refinance I have ever done and I have done about 4 refinances since I have lived at this property. Brian kept me updated throughout the entire process. At any point I had questions, he was there to respond in a super timely matter, usually within moments after sending an inquiry. I would highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again.

  Jonathan was easy to work with and got the loan closed quickly with very reasonable fees. Another company told me I needed an appraisal but Jonathan determined it was not required for this loan. I would use Sunnyhill and Jonathan again.
