Not only do they have the small town feel with big bank services they support the community and smaller non profits in a way no other bank does! Crissy R1I would not recommend banking here, no protection for your accounts. Hours on the phone with this bank between customer care and calling the branch for hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees for transactions made on my deceased father’s account for an entire month after he passed. Dispute cannot be filed because he’s dead and can’t sign it himself. The call center appears to not keep records of calls made to them as his death was reported the week it happened. In addition to this the manager of the Salina KS branch stated that the bank was not contacted until 9/21 though I went in person on 9/18 to deposit his final paycheck. The people at the branch were very friendly it is the bank overall that I do not recommend.

Diane McKinney5I've never felt like a number at Sunflower Bank! In fact, I prefer to go into the bank v. using the drive thru because they, from the manager and loan staff, through the tellers, are the most genuinely kind, caring, and knowledgeable bank staff I have ever worked with!
