  Gave a star because I had too 🤦‍♀️ Not happy to get a call stating I have no insurance on my financed car, which I knew was wrong!! I then immediately called my insurance carrier, they stated I in fact, DO have insurance!!! This is the second time mistakes have been made, got called and was told I didn't make my car payment... which in fact was not true, again. I understand mistakes can and do happen, but twice in less than 6 months?!?!

  Who runs this operation? Clowns? Give me my check! I cancelled my gap insurance and called and emailed several times. The receptionist, Joanne obviously isn't good atreaching out to Ashley. This Ashley, who is apparently the only one in charge of checks, yet works ONE day a week?

  Total Rip off do not go through this company!!!I I REPEAT! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! You will forced to pay unreasonably high premiums. I'm currently paying 430 a month for just my car payment and my insurance at $330 a month both together totalling $760 DOLLARS!! that's almost 800 a month and to top it off by the end of my term. I WILL HAVE PAYED 20,000 FOR CAR THAT NOT EVEN WORTH 10,OOO. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY, learn from my mistake.
