  This Suncoast is The Best. Fast, reliable and my Advocate Kristina made my life way easier. She was able to set up a new account for me in less than 20 mins. If you would like to open an Banking account. Suncoast would be able to provide the best customer service at this site.

  I would like to thank Kristina Zalewski for her professional manner in which she handled a problem I needed to get resolved. From when I entered the branch to leaving everyone took care of me and my problem with efficiency and expediency. All were very pleasant and I will recommend this branch and Kristina to all my friends.

  My husband and I were very pleased with the speedy attention we received and knowledgeable staff…Eduardo and Jaribeth. They were both specialist in the area of finance we were interested in establishing. Laura is the very personable, friendly manager of this branch and was sure to coordinate everything going on like a well oiled machine…we look forward to doing business with our “community” financial institution.

  We had a great experience at the Suncoast Estero branch. The staff was helpful and friendly. Kudos to Laura Williams who assisted us. Laura handled our transaction efficiently and we were in and out of the branch promptly.

  Very nice new facility but short staffed. Very slow. But I'm a happy customer because they're reliable. I've been a Suncoast CU customer a long time.

  The Estero Service Center location of Suncoast Credit Union is now known to me for its excellent staff, and immaculate atmosphere. I was greeted and worked with Eduardo Z. Eduardo was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and displays a highly effective work ethic. I look forward to working with Eduardo and every additional staff member too. I will be using this location regularly. I am writing this review as a way to signal boost the committed, hard working staff at Suncoast's Estero Sevice Center, and advocate for as much compensation as they need to continue to provide the highest quality service, and live happy, healthy lives. Note for corporate Suncoast Credit Union offices: Pay everyone here more money. Personal note: Today I had finally gotten around to opening a new checking and savings account with Suncoast  Credit Union after a dubious conclusion with my previous Bank; The difference in the quality of financial/banking assistance was immediatly apparent as soon as I entered this Suncoast branch compared to past experiences with banking institutions. Eduardo Z. is an asset and I saw first hand how this Suncoast associate puts all of their energy into going above and beyond. Thank you, Eduardo and everyone else working today, so much for the pleasant experience in these hard times.

  I opened up a new account at Suncoast today in the Estero service center. The treatment I received was truly awesome. Kristina did a wonderful job setting up my account and answering all my questions. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Amy, the Manager even took the time out to introduce herself and explain a little bit about their program. I’m looking forward to working with Suncoast in Estero.

  This Place is amazing!! I am so excited to be apart of this team finally!! I have a child and this was the main reason for me to get my act together and provide the correct way. Jeribeth and I believe Laura was her name she was the manager, we’re perfect. I highly recommend them. #Suncoastfamily
