  This Chase Bank is the only Bank in Port Charlotte and at this Bank I do all my business for my mortgage, savings and other financial matters. The employees at this branch are very helpful I find with every art of business and they also very friendly also. I am so grateful to have this bank here in Port Charlotte because in the past I had to travel to Venice to do my banking needs I have been with Chase 4/29 years from New York to my retirement stay here in Port Charlotte

  The staff is very accommodating very friendly and professional this is the best bank I have dealt with in the years that I have done business with them I'm very happy with the services the policies and the added services of Chase Bank in general but the Port Charlotte peachland location is one of the finest I have ever dealt with always patient always friendly I'm thankful for the employees at this location as well as the manager he is very considerate person I'm happy to be a customer not only a Chase JP Morgan as a whole but especially happy being a customer of the peachland boulevard location

  The branch manager is wonderful she greeted me so respectfully, gave me her time to answer my inquiries. The banker was such a sweetheart and extremely helpful as well! Wonderful customer service, accurate access and account assistance! I recommend this bank to anyone. 👸

  Poor customer service, I will never come back to this bank. I wanted to make a deposit to my wife’s account I spoke with Dorothy who was trying to help but unfortunately after spending time getting the money and filling the paper deposit she said I can’t make the deposit because it’s cash. I had all of the information needed, so if I travel and I tell my wife to make a deposit to have funds on my account she can’t do that. While speaking Samantha interrupted my conversation and started arguing very loud saying that they have done those changes 5 years ago and than everyone knows it. First interrupting a conversation is rude she never apologize or introduced herself, she just started arguing instead of trying to resolve the problem. When I left Dorothy did apologize, at least she tried to help but Samantha needs training in how to be polite and treat customers.

  Marina at port Charlotte location is awesome! She takes the time to get to know you, understands people’s frustration and is always Nice , kind, and helpful! If you have problems with any other banker please try her out before you rate chase as a whole group !

  It is Friday afternoon so it's payday and this branch has one lane open so I waiting for 30 minutes finally my turn and all I had to do was deposit my check when the teller sent me my deposit slip she didn't even say a word, so I looked in the window nobody was there. I can't believe I am letting this bank make interest on my money and not even get a thank you or have a nice day. It's just sad...

  We've banked with Chase for 20 years in 2 states and this branch is the worst we've ever experienced. They are either very understaffed or hire bottom of the barrel people with very little experience. Employees move very slowly and this seems to be their first job. Not what we are used to from other Chase banks.

  TERRIBLE, DECEITFUL, FALSE ADVERTISING. They advertised if you open an account you'll receive $200 in 3 months. When I called 3 months later to ask when the money will be deposited in my account, they informed me that I made too many withdrawals & I won't be getting the money. No one ever said anything about any withdrawals, they stated you would only have to keep a certain amount of money in the account for 3 months, which I did. If I could leave no star, I would. Needless to say, I'm closing my account due to false advertising.
