  I moved here from Ky and chose Suncoast as my new credit union, so far I have been completely frustrated with this company and really regretting my decision. They took money from my account on July 30 for my checks, since I hadn’t heard anything I called yesterday and was told they were at the Fletcher branch. So here I sit and guess what they can’t find my checks, already been here for 29 minutes just to pick up checks. Totally do satisfied and considering moving elsewhere or back to my credit union in Ky!!!

  Definitely had to wait here a while to see about an auto loan. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. I really wanted to have the payment requests mailed to me, but they talked me out of it. Kind of wish I had the requests mailed to me now. Once everything was set up, it was good. Their web site is fairly easy to follow, and they had good rates.
