  NICOLE BRADY!!!! It doesn’t matter what type of banking product you are in need of, Nicole Brady is the lady to see, ask for, and call at Sunbelt Federal Credit Union on Congress Street, in Laurel, MS. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. She makes sure you understand everything, throughout the process. She is also constantly in contact with you, giving you updates. And she responds to phone calls and emails very promptly! I recommend NICOLE BRADY for a banking needs!

  Went in to the branch to get a new debit card and set up for online banking, I spoke with Triscinda she was very helpful with all of my needs! In the course of our conversation she offered a loan which I decided to apply for. She was very friendly and helpful and it makes a real difference when you are dealing with pleasent people who help you in any way they can! I will be recommending her to my friends and family.

  I have been a member over 25 years and recently ATTEMPTED to pay off loan 3 times. Called for pay off amount and sent a check. Called refusing check because counter check. Got New payoff amount and sent ANOTHER check. Got another call wanting 4.52 dollars due to finance charges stating because didn’t ask for 10 day payoff amount to lock it in, had to pay more, like I’m supposed to know that. Refused to reconsider so the third time wanting more was infuriating. Money hungry, doesn’t care about customers and I am going as soon as possible and close my savings account out. I have never been treated so disrespected by an institution that I have used. The people there just repeat by rote what policy is and could care less about its customers

  Bank elsewhere! They are worse than the big banks with fees! They run your credit when you open a checking account for an "Overdraft Line of Credit" but they charge you $25 every time you use it instead of charging interest. So why put an inquiry on my credit report for that? Their banking system is TERRIBLE! Transactions are not posted timely or correctly, well CREDIT transactions aren't. They'll debit your account IMMEDIATELY though. So many fees for it to be a credit union. This was my second time giving them a try but now I'm officially done! On top of the fees is TERRIBLE customer service. You have been warned!
