  I was in the market to refinance my house. In talking with a family member who was doing the same they referred me here, specifically to Ashley P. From the moment I called and spoke with Ashley she was very helpful and responsive to my wants and needs. I called other lenders, but Ashley was the only one that actually tried to earn my business.   I don’t even know where to begin. We’ve been searching for a home since October of 2019. The lender that we had would never respond or was always busy and things of that such. Someone referred Sun mortgage to me and at first we was afraid to change lenders but it was by far the BEST decision We could’ve made when purchasing our home. Ms. Ashley was AMAZING! She was on top of EVERYTHING! She always made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us without hesitation or an attitude.
