  Everyone who calls me at this place or maybe it's the same girl, seems to be extremely rude and has the worst customer service. She desperately needs more training or she shouldn't be working there. Seriously she is the only rude worker from any loan company I've dealt with that is this bad at customer service and Is very unhelpful. I regret coming to this place.

  It is my pleasure to recommend Sun Loan for those who need a loan to meet your immediate needs! I will say that the service is above par and the two that I mainly deal with the Manager Belinda and Crystal see that I am taking good care of each and every time! To add they have very good personalities which is always a plus for me. I give this Sun Loan a clean bill of health meaning I am impressed!!

  I didn't borrow money from you so leave me alone. I wouldn't care about your voicemail or your call, but the fact that you contacted other extended family is beyond unbelievable. Shame. You should know what you're getting into. Belinda, I will personally mention you in my report to the BBB. If you're borrowing money from this place or other places like these don't get your family involved. Grown adults are responsible for their own actions.
